Front End Developer

I am a Front End Developer with 1.5 years of experience using technologies like React.js, TypeScript / JavaScript and Redux. Principal tasks were based on maintaining the UI for the company's chatbot - TOBi & TOBi SuperAgent - an internal app that comes as a support tool fot the agents in the store.

Achievements:

• developed custom cards that are displayed in the chat for client's invoice explanation;
• developed a custom modal that is displayed at the start of the conversation and through whichthe user can send messages automatically.
• integrated our application with a CMS platform for content management;
• developed multiple tabs with API integrations in the Admin section of the app where the adminscould make CRUD operations on a database through the interface;
• implemented a dark theme that can be enabled through system preferences or a custom developed toggle as well;
• integrated our app with another internal app used by agents in the stores so that they can see the chatbot in an iframe;
• developed a collapsible sidebar, enhancing the responsiveness of the app;
• developed part of the send/receive notications feature with which the admins can send notications to agents in the store;
• communicating with the back-end developers, UI/UX designer, and also chatbot developers for a seamless user experience and app performance;
