Since December 2014, I have accepted to be part of the Leroy Merlin Romania team, Supply Chain department. In this company, I hold the position of Logistic Manager, with multiple responsibilities, such as ensuring maritime transport between different ports in China and to Constanta, ensuring customs operations, managing the central warehouse, national distribution and international transport.
o For each of the duties described above, I am responsible for contracts, implementing performance indicators and controlling operations.
o In order to ensure that these services are of good quality, I have 4 colleagues in the department, colleagues who each have well-defined responsibilities, from specialist import-export roles to flow coordinators. In addition to these 4 colleagues, I am responsible for the entire team working in the warehouse, of about 100 people.

o Being part of a Multinational Company, I am also involved in various projects at the Adeo group level, projects that are developed and implemented at a regional or intercontinental level.
Within the Company, I am located on level 3 of responsibility, after Supply Chain manager and General Manager.

During 2004-2014, I was part of the operational team of the Praktiker Romania Company, occupying the position of Logistics Coordinator.
o The main objective was to develop the supply chain adapted to the needs of business growth, by creating a team, by opening a warehouse, by finding a logistics service provider to operate in that warehouse.
o The main responsibilities that I had within this Company were ensuring maritime transport between different ports in China and to Constanta, ensuring customs operations, managing the central warehouse, national distribution and contracting suppliers of goods who wanted to deliver through the warehouse (cross flow suppliers).
o For each of the duties described above, I was responsible for contracts, implementing performance indicators and controlling operations.
o In order to ensure that these services are of good quality, I had 3 colleagues in the department, colleagues who each have well-defined responsibilities, from import-export specialist roles to flow coordinators. In addition to these 3 colleagues, I was also responsible for the entire team working in the warehouse, about 80 people.

During the period 2001-2004, I worked in the Avon Cosmetics Company, occupying the position of Transport Coordinator.
o The main objective was to develop the supply chain of the work points at a national level and sign contracts with potential carriers.
o The main responsibilities that I had within this Company were ensuring international transport, ensuring customs operations, national distribution, administering the work points and managing the car fleet.
