Owned the IT Delivery team’s financial planning cycle: built bridge models to explain Budget vs. Last Year and Budget vs. Forecast variances, and tracked P&L actuals against forecasts.
• Global Process Ownership
Oversaw and optimized key finance processes—fixed-cost recharges, intercompany billing and OPEX allocations—driving improvements through to completion.
• Cross-Functional & International Collaboration
Coordinated with up to 32 stakeholders simultaneously across the UK (P2P team), AsPac (GL team), global PMOs and IC billing team (RO), and led monthly review meetings with senior management to deliver strategic financial insights.

o Managed statutory accounting, VAT and payroll filings, plus monthly management reporting (BS, P&L, FA, CF, budgets, forecasts).
o Oversaw credit and purchase management, cash pooling, forward contracts, and FX risk mitigation.
o Handled HR administration—maintaining employee records, approving payroll, and ensuring timely salary payments.
o Represented the company in fiscal audits and maintained relationships with internal and external auditors.
o Championed working-capital efficiency by renegotiating supplier contracts.
o Designed and enforced policies for logistics, procurement, credit control and T&E processes, and ensured full compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
