• Responsible for the strategy and execution of category and supplier
management in support of both direct and indirect spend. The group
coordinates with the internal stakeholders to develop an ecosystem of product
and service suppliers that meet the cost, quality, business, and delivery
requirements of the business units. This function is the owner of the end-toend
source-to-settle business process;
• Ensured process stability across procurement solutions by proactively
monitoring KPIs, incidents, changes, and systemic trends, anticipating risks
and driving cross-squad remediation initiatives.
